The Tucson High boy’s soccer team continues to roll after adding the championship of the Chris Maier Invitational to the trophy the Badgers won at the Brandon Bean to start the season.

Tucson is now 12-0 on the year thanks to their 3-1 victory over Salpointe in PKs to close out the Maier Invite. Cal State Bakersfield commit Anthony Negrete was named tournament MVP.

The Badgers have outscored their opponents 47-2 this year and won it all two years ago when the team went undefeated. In fact, the Badgers have only lost three matches dating back to 2013.

Negrete’s teammate Antony Siaha also signed with Cal State Bakersfield.
