25 teams from around the state took part in the 7 on 7 and OL/DL Camp put on by first-year University of Arizona football coach Jedd Fisch on Friday. The day started with instruction inside the Cole and Jeannie Davis Sports Center and then competition moved to various athletic fields including the Dick Tomey Practice Field, the Bear Down Field, the Dave Sitton Field and Arizona Stadium.

The teams moved to bracket play after an afternoon of pool play and Pinnacle beat Sabino in the final in Arizona Stadium. Over 2,000 athletes took part in various camps hosted by Fisch this summer. July 25 is the target week for the beginning of fall practice for high school teams and games can begin on Wednesday, August 18.
