Former Sabino standout Drew Calloway announced his commitment to play for the University of Arizona. A state champion with the Sabercats, Calloway attended ASU but joined the Wildcats this summer.
“I’m excited to announce that I will be continuing my college education and baseball career at the University of Arizona,” Calloway wrote on social media. “I want to thank my family, friends, teammates, and coaches for all their support throughout the years. I also want to give a special thanks to X2, Push Performance, and Sandlot for helping me get to this level, couldn’t have done it without you guys. It’s time to head back home and Bear Down.”
