Brianna thanked God, her parents and Sabino High School for putting together the event. She went on to thank Coach Al Addleman, Coach Chris Klassen and her personal coach James Parker from West Coast Girl’s Hoops. She also thanked all of her college coaches for the opportunity.
A preferred walk on, CDO senior Carli Campbell is expected to compete for playing time next year at Arizona.
“The coaches talked to me at the end of my junior year and they liked me as an athlete,” Cambell explained. “They told me I would get a chance to run and play outfield and I could earn a scholarship. I’m so excited, this has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid!”
Former Buena standout Juan Aguilera signed his Division I baseball letter from Cochise College on Wednesday.
Aguilera signed with the University of Arizona.
Also, Salpointe catcher Robby Campillo signed with New Mexico.
Mia Sokolowski will be a December graduate from Tucson. She signed with Florida on Wednesday also.
