The Amphitheater School District celebrates Physical Education and fitness every year by showcasing the annual “Everybody Wins 4th and 5th Grade Track Meet” held at Canyon del Oro High School. Every elementary school in the district offers Physical Education and Adaptive Physical Education programs.

This year, over 600 students took part in running and field events including a mile run, hurdles, relay races, shot put and running long jump. There is also competition for Adaptive students.

NOTE: I am the Physical Educator at Rio Vista and we took over 50 athletes to the event sponsored by the district.
