Rincon/University standout Aminata Kenyawani committed to run for Pratt Community College this past week. Kenyawani was determined to run at the next level and found her opportunity after helping lead the Rincon University Cross Country Team to the State Championships this fall.

“I am grateful for Coach (Laurel) Jordan and Coach (Mario) Reyes for always pushing me at practice and always seeing the potential in me even when I didn’t believe in myself,” Kenyawani wrote.

“Also, big thanks to Ms. (Beth) Braun because she was always the teacher I would turn to for help with anything,” Kenyawani added. “She always ensured I had what I needed to be successful.”
