Former Ironwood Ridge softball standout Robin Landrith joins Yale coaching staff

Former Ironwood Ridge standout Robin Landrith graduated from Baylor Summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa last year and the decorated catcher also earned several Big 12 honors including Academic All-Big 12 Rookie team and was also named to the Academic All-Big 12 first team three times.

Landrith is continuing her academic studies at the Yale Divinity School and has accepted a volunteer assistant coaching spot at Yale.

Landrith was named the TucsonCitizen.com student-athlete of the year in 2012. Former Cienega standout Shelby Kennedy will be a junior for the Bulldogs.

Andy Morales was recognized by the AIA as the top high school reporter in 2014 and he was awarded the Ray McNally Award in 2017 and he has been a youth, high school and college coach for over 30 years. His own children have won multiple state high school championships and were named to all-state teams.
