Marana improved to 3-2 with a 55-20 dominating win over CDO behind the arm of Trenton Bourguet, who completed six touchdown passes. Bourguet’s touchdown strikes included three to Teon Simmons and two to Tariq Jordan. The other was to Jesus Valenzuela.

A 44-yard touchdown pass to Simmons was a Hail Mary toss from 44 yards at the end of the first half, putting Marana ahead 27-6.

— Marana wins 55-20 FINAL
— QB Trent Bourguet threw a 36-yard TD pass to Teon Simmons in the second quarter and later added a 10-yard scoring strike to Jesus Valenzuela.
— A 25-yard touchdown pass to Tariq Jordan gave Marana a 21-0 lead.
— Bourguet then completed a 44-yard Hail Mary pass to Teon Simmons to conclude the half.
— He made it five TD passes by the third quarter.
— CDO’s Elijah Carey scored on a 59-yard TD run in the third quarter.
— Bourguet’s sixth TD pass, this one to Jordan, put Marana up 41-13.
