Leon sparked a comeback in the top of the fourth with an RBI double to help cut the lead down to 9-5 but Frontier added five more in the bottom half of the inning and one ore in the fifth for the 15-5 run-rule victory.

Loucks finished with six strikeouts and Julio Zuniga picked up four strikeouts in relief for Frontier. Guillen, Trejo and Moulinet took the mound for Flowing Wells. Guillen finished with four strikeouts.
