Division II State Golf Tournament Tee Times Set for Monday at the Omni

DIVISION II STATE GOLF TOURNAMENT

Oct. 22-23: Omni Tucson National

27 girls and 20 boys from Southern Arizona are scheduled to play in the Division II state golf championship set for the Omni Tucson National next week.

On the girl’s side, No. 3 Ironwood Ridge, No. 5 Catalina Foothills, No. 7 Salpointe, No. 10 Canyon del Oro and No. 11 Sahuaro qualified as a team. The field is led by No. 4 Alexandra Quihuis of Salpointe and Catalina Foothills standout No. 5 Maya Benita.

For the boys, No. 7 Salpointe, No. 10 Ironwood Ridge and No. 11 Catalina Foothills made it as team qualifiers with No. 9 Jacob Goode of Catalina Foothills leading the pack.
