The following list is the top 10 soccer players at Arizona who played from 2010 to 2019, including since Tony Amato became the head coach in 2012. Under Amato, the Wildcats have earned All-Pac-12 honors on 12 different occasions while members of the program have also received Academic All-Pac-12 accolades 44 times since 2013. He has posted a 79-47-16 record in seven seasons in Tucson with five NCAA Tournament appearances in the last six seasons.
F Jazmin Ponce (2010-13) … Four-year starting forward who garnered first-team All-Pac-12 honors as a junior and senior. Ponce left her mark in the Wildcat career record books, ranking first in shots (268), tied for third in goals (23) and fourth in points (53). Eight of those goals were game-winners.
GK Gabby Kaufman (2012-14) … She tallied 16 shutouts in her career, the second-best mark in program history. She registered 93 saves as a senior, the No. 3 total in the Pac-12 that season. Her goals against average of 1.44 for her career is the fourth-best mark in school history.
D Sheaffer Skadsen (2012-15) … Honors included 2013, 2014 and 2015 Pac-12 All-Academic First Team, 2014 CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team, 2015 District 8 2015-16 CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team, 2015 CoSIDA Academic All-American, 2015 Pac-12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year and 2015 All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention.
MF Jaden DeGracie-Bailey (2013-16) … She made the 2014 and 2015 Pac-12 All-Academic First Team and 2015 and 2016 District 8 CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team.
MF Gabi Stoian (2013-16) … Long list of accomplishments includes 2014 All-Pac-12 Second Team, 2015 District 8 CoSIDA Academic All-District Second Team, 2015 All-Pac-12 First Team, 2015 NSCAA All-Pacific Region First Team, 2016 NSCAA All-Pacific Region Third Team, 2016 Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention, 2017 United Soccer Coaches All-West-Region Third Team, 2017 All-Pac-12 Third Team and 2017 Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.
MF Lexe Selman-Richards (2013-16) … One of the most academically gifted soccer players to compete in Amato’s program. She was a first-team Pac-12 All-Academic selection as a sophomore and second-team choice her junior and senior seasons. Inspirational player who was diagnosed with leukemia before playing for the Wildcats.
GK Lainey Burdett (2015-18) … Became the goalkeeper with the most wins in school history while setting a record for most clean sheets in program history with 26 shutouts. She finished with a 79.7 career save percentage. She was second-team All-Pac-12 in 2017 and third team in 2018. She has played for FC Tucson and currently is with the Orlando Pride.
D Morgan McGarry (2016-19) … All-Pac-12 second-team selection in 2017. She also earned 2018 Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention status.
F Jada Talley (2017-19) … Talley was selected first-team All-Pac-12 and second-team All-Pacific Region in 2019. She started in all 20 matches of the 2019 season and racked up 1,353 minutes. She scored a program record of 10 goals and eight assists, the first Wildcat to do so, and took 46 shots with half of them being on goal. Talley ended the season having the 10th-most goals in the Pac-12 and has the seventh-most assists.
F Jill Aguilera (2017-19) … A third-team All-Pacific Region choice in 2019. She ended the season with nine goals, two assists and 56 shots, the most of any Wildcat this season. She scored the 11th-most goals in the Pac-12, one behind Talley. Her biggest feat, however, was scoring two goals against No. 2 Stanford in November when she helped end the Cardinal’s eight game shutout streak.
