Mike Strack took Rincon/University High from 1-9 overall and 0-5 in region play in 2018 to 6-4 and 3-2 this past fall but the program will be searching for a new coach after Strack moved back to Shawnee, Kansas, to assist at powerhouse Mill Valley.
As we first reported, Strack is the grandson of former University of Arizona athletic director Dave Strack.

Strack was the Southern Arizona 5A Coach of the Year last season.
