Arizona junior forward Cate Reese has been named Pac-12 Player of the Week for the third time in her career after averaging 18 points on 53 percent shooting in three Arizona wins last week.
Against Oregon last Monday in Eugene, Ore., she scored a season-high 25 points on 11-of-14 shooting from the field and made all three of her 3-pointers.

She followed that Friday with a 17-point performance in a win over Washington State, including nine fourth-quarter points to help Arizona pull away. She was one of Arizona’s four double-figure scorers in Sunday’s win over Washington as she had 12 points.
Reese is Arizona’s second-leading scorer at 12.6 points per game and leads the team with 5.7 rebounds per game. She is shooting 51 percent from the field to lead the team and is 7-of-15 from beyond the arc.
