TEAM BILLY’S BOYS
Max Leyva, 11, plays 3rd base and attends Tucson High School. Max has played ball with Troy for years from being on Western Little League together to Tucson High.
Eric Loya, 25, plays outfield and attends University High School. Eric has known and played with Troy his whole life from being on the same Western Little League Team, to playing against him in high school. They were even neighbors their whole life and spent their non baseball time playing video games together. Eric is grateful to Honor Troy today.
Eric Stoddard, 19, plays as a designated hitter and attends Mountain View High School. Eric and Troy were lifelong friends that spent their afternoons and weekends in the park hitting balls and practicing whatever they needed to work on.
Roman “Homie” Basurto, 28, plays center field and attends Salpointe Catholic High School. Homie played club ball with Troy on the Rockies and have been friends ever since.
Jeremiah Odum, 18, plays outfield and attends Tucson High School. Jeremiah knew and played ball with Troy his whole life, from Western Little League to Tucson High.
Sammy Padilla, 23, plays middle infield and attends Flowing Wells High School. Sammy played Little League ball with Troy at Western and also All Stars ball.
Gabriel Valencia, 2, plays shortstop and second base and attends Tucson High School. Gabe and Troy went to school together and played ball together for Tucson High.
Nick Arias, 5, plays shortstop and infield and attends Tucson High School. Nick and Troy not only played ball together in the summer, but also worked out with each other all off season to help make sure they were both ready for the upcoming season.
Isaac Ramirez, 12, catches and attends Tucson High School. Isaac has had the honor of playing with Troy since Western Little League and through club ball on the Rockies, till his very last game at Tucson High. Isaac caught every game Troy pitched and was blessed to not only be Troy’s friend, but to be teammates with someone who played with such intensity, integrity, & commitment.
Zach Nyght, 13, plays 1st base and attends Marana High School. Zach and Troy have been friends since 1st grade. They were classmates in elementary school and middle school and also played against each other in little league baseball, together in middle school baseball, and together in club baseball.
Troy Sanders, 10, plays shortstop and attends Catalina Foothills High School. These two Troys played club baseball together on the Rockies and together won many tournaments. These will always be the best years of playing ball that Troy will cherish.
Elijah Espinosa, 4, plays first base and attends Desert View High School. Eli and Troy played baseball together at Tucson High School.
Damian Quijada, 00, plays outfield and attends University High School. Damian and Troy knew each other since they were 5 years old and not only played baseball together until they were 13 but were really great friends.
Jaden Leon, 8, plays second base and attends Tucson High School. Jaden played baseball with Troy for many years between being on the same Little League Team at Western and playing club ball together as they grew up.
RJ Martinez, 7, pitching and attends Tucson High School. RJ is grateful to have had the opportunity to play ball with Troy growing up.
TEAM FOOT SOLDIERS
Abram Oropeza, 22, plays outfield and attends Canyon Del Oro High School. Abram and Troy not only played against each other in baseball, but they were cousins.
Aiden Ortiz, 80, plays outfield and attends Cienega High School. Aiden played club ball with Troy for a few years and were friends ever since.
Andres Valenzuela, 5, a utility player and attends Salpointe Catholic High School. Andres played Little League with Troy at Western and was a family friend their whole lives.
Cruz Urena, 3, plays middle infield and attends Pueblo High School. Cruz and Troy played All Stars together when Western and Tucson Mountain combined and then from there they went to regionals together and became lifelong friends ever since.
Jayden Lynch, 29, pitching and playing short stop and attends Mountain View High School. Jayden played with Troy on the Titans Club team when they were both 10 years old. Jayden is honored and thankful to be chosen to play in this game for his friend.
Jovanni (Bambino) Toledo, 10, playing 1st base and attends Sunnyside High School. Jovanni played on the Rockies Club team with Troy as well as together at Tucson High. Troy was a classmate and a friend.
Julian (Juice) Medina, 1, playing 3rd base and outfield and attends Pueblo High School. PLayed Western Allstars with Troy growing up.
Ruben (Kito) Castro, 11, plays shortstop and attends Tucson High School. Kito played baseball with Troy their entire lives from Western Little League to Club ball, to high school ball at Tucson High.
Marcos Casares, 8, catching and attending Tucson High. Marcos and Troy played baseball together at Western Little League and also at Tucson High. In Between they became best friends, and always will be.
Maddox Jones, 18, plays outfield and attends Tucson High School. Maddox and Troy played together on Western Little League and became friends ever since, continuing on to play at Tucson High together too.
Jorge Castro, 12, catches and attends Tucson High School. Jorge and Troy began their friendship by playing together on Western Little League and continued onto playing in high school together too.
Xavier (X) Torres, 23, plays outfield and attends Tucson High School. X and Troy have been friends since they were 5 years old beginning with playing Tball together at Western Little League, and then were reunited on the field again at Tucson High. They also spent their spare time playing basketball and working out. Xavier is honored to play for his brother Troy not only today, but every time he steps on the field.
Anthony Diaz, 7, plays outfield and attends Catalina Foothills High School. Anthony and Troy played together on the Tucson Rockies Club Team.

Christian (Donkey) Olea, 24, played catcher and attended Tucson High School. Donkey played ball with Troy at Tucson High and enjoyed catching for him when he pitched.
Anthony Belisle, 34, plays middle infield and attends Mountain View High School. Anthony & Troy became family friends through Troy’s cousins the Oropeza family and being together for many baseball events.
