No. 1 Pima beat Chandler-Gilbert 3-0 Tuesday night to improve to 2-0 on the year. Nicholas Bianchi scored on an assist from former Rincon/University standout Brian Vu in the 30th minute and then Bianchi found Vu five minutes later to make it 2-0 Pima. Vu hit Bianchi once again in the 39th minute and the Aztecs played even from there with keeper Cristian Sattin collecting three saves.
The top-ranked Aztecs will at Yavapai on Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m.
