The Second Annual Gametime Recruiting & Consulting Senior All-Star Game will include 28 players from Southern Arizona among the 78 players overall.
The game will be Saturday, Jan. 13 at 6 p.m. at the Legacy Sports Complex in Mesa.
Practices at the Legacy Sports Complex involving the Black and White all-star teams will be Jan. 11 from 6-8:30 p.m. and Jan. 12 from 12-2:30 p.m.
Among the Southern Arizona standouts with the Black team are Walden Grove quarterback Gabriel Smith, Mica Mountain receiver Jack Bradley, Tanque Verde running back/linebacker Gavin Gilbert and Tombstone defensive lineman Jacob Weichelt.
Some of the Southern Arizona standouts on the White team include wide receiver Armani Sheriff of Salpointe, athlete Emiliano Berthely from Douglas, receiver Malachi Keller from Tombstone, defensive back Anthony Martinez of Sunnyside, receiver Rudy Rios of Amphi, lineman Jacob Nilson of Flowing Wells, lineman Gio Arenas of Catalina Foothills and lineman KJ Ellsworth of Mica Mountain.
