Local softball standouts Allie Skaggs (Ironwood Ridge/Arizona), Mariah Lopez (Cienega/Utah), Devyn Netz (Ironwood Ridge/Arizona) and Carlie Scupin (Tucson/Arizona) were all named to the D-I Preseason Top 100.
Former Tucson High standout Aquarina Thomas was named to the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Fall Academic All-Region team playing for Des Moines Area (DMACC).
This list will be updated all year in an effort to recognize all former local prep stars who have gone on to win either academic and/or athletic awards at the next level.
