Austin Scott to wrestle for ASU; Hugo Mendez and Fernando Valenzuela to pitch for Glendale

Former Mountain View standout Austin Scott transferred from Oregon State to ASU. Scott won back-to-back state titles at Mountain View in 2021 and 2022 (152/157) and he won a national championship at 160 lbs. in Folkstyle. Scott was 13-9 in two years with the Beavers.

Pueblo pitchers Hugo Mendez and Fernando Valenzuela committed to play for Glendale Community College. Mendez and Valenzuela are both 2024 graduates.
