Arizona new coach Becky Burke drew a few guards to start her transfer class, but she has also addressed the post with her last two commits.

After 6-foot-2 forward Freddie Wallace pledged to Burke’s program earlier Friday, New Orleans 6-2 center Nora Francois committed to the program.

Francois has played the last three seasons at New Orleans after starting her career at North Iowa Area Community College in the 2021-22 season following her graduation from Minneapolis (Minn.) Minnetonka High School.

She came out of Minneapolis the same year as former Arizona post player Maya Nnaji, who played at Hopkins High School.

Francois will use her last year of college eligibility with the Wildcats.
