DOUGLAS AT BISBEE
This will be the 156th meeting of the teams since the first game in 1906, making it one of the oldest rivalries in the nation. Douglas leads the series 85-62-8 since that first game in 1906 at old Don Luis Park in Bisbee.

TUCSON AT SALPOINTE
According to azfootballarchives.com, Salpointe and Tucson first met in 1956, a 42-6 win for the Badgers. They met again in 1957, which Tucson won 27-0. After a year off, they played again in 1959. That which started a run of 60 straight years of playing each other. They were not scheduled to meet in 1969, but the streak continued when they played in the first round of the postseason, an 18-16 Tucson win. The Badgers won the first seven and went 13-1-1 to start the series off. Salpointe is 26-1 in the series since 1994 and leads the series 44-24-1. Salpointe defeated Tucson 30-17 last season at Gridley Stadium.
SUNNYSIDE AT PUEBLO
The series resumed last year after a five-year hiatus with Sunnyside prevailing 40-12 at home. Pueblo won the previous meeting in 2019 under former coach Brandon Sanders, who proclaimed to his team after that they are the kings of the Southside. Sunnyside leads the series 32-12. The Blue Devils have won 24 of the last 28 games with the Warriors.
RIO RICO AT NOGALES
The Nogales-Rio Rico rivalry series has become more competitive in recent years. Nogales won the first 13 games of the series but Rio Rico has won three of the last four. The Apaches ended Rio Rico’s three-game winning streak in the series with a 38-18 win at Rio Rico last year.
AMPHI AT FLOWING WELLS
The two schools are located just two miles apart along Prince Road, making it one of the most passionate geographic rivalries in Southern Arizona. Flowing Wells trails the series with Amphi 17-15-1 dating to 1962 but the Caballeros have won three of the last four meetings, including 56-0 last year.
