Tucson went undefeated (4-0) at the 1St TUSD Boys Soccer Invitational to improve to (11-1) on the year. The Badgers beat Salpointe 4-1 in the championship match held Saturday afternoon at Palo Verde High School. Tucson went undefeated (6-0) to win the Brandon Bean Tournament two weeks ago.
Salpointe (10-2) will host Tucson on Monday, Jan. 9 in a regular season match. The Lancers a 3-0 in regular season matches while Tucson is 1-1.
The Walden Grove Boys and Girls Winter Break Tournament will start on Monday, Dec. 26 and will run till Friday, Dec. 30 at Walden Grove, Sahuarita and Catalina Foothills.
