The AIA Basketball Bracket Show will be streamed live at 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sahuaro, Nogales and Salpointe know they will be listed somewhere after surviving the 4A, 5A an 6A play-in tournaments on Friday night.

Tucson and Sunnyside lost in the play-in tournament and Rincon/University finished out of the rankings so there will be no Southern Arizona representative in the 6A state tournament.

In 5A action, Sahuaro was the only team to survive Friday night and the Cougars will be watching the bracket show along with Buena, Cholla and Cienega. Nogales and Salpointe won play-in games and the two programs will join Catalina Foothills and Palo Verde in the 4A state playoffs.
