Former Ironwood Ridge standout Jake Engel receives Shout-out on SportsCenter

Former Ironwood Ridge standout Jake Engel received a personal shout-out from Scott Van Pelt during his “Senior Night” segment on SportsCenter Monday night. The Division II All-American had a 21-game hit streak for Dixie State.

It is unclear if Engel will return for his fifth year after the NCAA granted an extra year of eligibility to spring athletes. It will be up to each school to determine financial aid packages if seniors return.
