Cordova, who was part of the Lancers’ freshman team last season, also has a scholarship offer from Arizona and has garnered recruiting attention from Notre Dame, reportedly his dream school. … Another stellar member of the Tucson Youth Football & Spirit Federation 14U All-Star Team that played near Orlando in December 2019.

DT Sa’Kylee Woodard, Canyon del Oro, 6-3, 300

Member of the TYFSF 14U All-Star Team. … Woodard has an offer from Arizona, of which he has visited unofficially. He also visited USC on an unofficial trip last week.

QB Cameron Hackworth, Sabino, 5-9, 160
WR Savaughn Berryhill, Sabino, 6-0, 180

Hackworth and Berryhill were also part of the TYFSF 14U All-Star team. Hackworth is an athletic dual-threat quarterback known for his leadership ability and playmaking skills. Berryhill is the younger brother of Arizona receiver Stanley Berryhill III who has good size, hands and athleticism.

RB Oren Allsup, Willcox, 5-9, 160

Averaged 10.2 yards per carry (182 yards on 18 carries) last season. Also rushed for two touchdowns.

Tallied 26 tackles with a sack as a freshman for Benson, which advanced to the 2A state championship game against Eloy Santa Cruz despite not having a senior on the roster.

QB/DE Nicolas Velasquez, San Manuel, 5-9, 165

Velasquez completed 43 of 87 pass attempts for 637 yards in five games last season. He had five touchdown passes and four interceptions. He also punted twice and averaged 56.0 yards.
