Marana produced 15 hits and walked 10 times in its 16-1 win Saturday in four innings over Northern California in the opening round of the Junior League Softball West Region at Arthur Pack Park.
Marana next plays Sunday at 10:30 a.m. against Washington, which defeated Utah 11-3 on Saturday.
Bella Sayre went 3 for 3 with a run, triple and two RBIs to lead Marana in its win over Northern California.
Emma Winter, Addie Angell, Malia Mills and Adelaide Bradshaw each had two hits. Bradshaw had a team-best three RBIs with a double.
Abby Lee and Aubriana Gray each drove in two runs.
