Of the 21 seniors listed by Arizona entering tonight’s Senior Day game against Utah, 13 of them are listed as redshirt seniors with at least five years of college experience.
Of those 13 players, seven were part of the program in some capacity before Rich Rodriguez arrived in 2012.
Those seven players who were either recruited by Mike Stoops or walked on to the team in 2011:

— DL Reggie Gilbert
— WR Johnny Jackson
— LB Sir Thomas Jackson
— OL Lene Maiava
— WR David Richards
— P Drew Riggleman
PK Casey Skowron is a redshirt senior but he did not join the football program until 2012 as a walk-on after serving as a team manager on the women’s soccer team.
