Marana went 5-0 to capture the championship of the 8U Baja Softball All-Stars tournament this past week at Udall Park.
Marana beat Oro Valley 4-3 on Monday, Tanque Verde 8-6 on Tuesday, Sahuaro 7-5 on Wednesday and then Tanque Verde 4-3 in bracket play and Sahuaro 4-1 in the championship final on Saturday.
