Arizona and the others must be impressed with Lightfoot’s team-first demeanor. He is not about the stat sheet but about getting his teammates involved. He showed that during the recent Las Vegas Classic AAU tournament with Arizona Power Black.
When asked about his AAU career coming to an end, Lightfoot said, “Don’t remind me”.
“It’s been one hell of a ride, that’s for sure,” he said. “I mean, these guys are like my brothers and I would do anything for them.”
Lightfoot, a three-year member of Arizona Power, was upset about the torn ACL suffered by teammate Cameron Satterwhite during one game last week.
“I’ll figure out how he’s doing and how I can help him,” he said.
